The Filet Mignon or tenderloin, is one of the most sought after cuts on the animal.  Known for its texture and perfect marbling, these filets won’t disappoint.  Sear then cook over low heat and enjoy with a nice dry red wine.

Our filets come packaged in packs of two totaling, 12 ounces of beef.

Our purebred Angus beef is aged which is only available through custom processing.  Our animals are grass fed and locally raised with no antibiotics or growth hormones used.
